- Electrical panel replacement with new breakers, dedicated appliance circuits, and GFCI/AFCI where code requires.
- HVAC right-sizing with a new sealed-duct loop and a manual J/S/T load calculation on file.
- Insulation top-up to current code with air-sealing at the envelope penetrations documented in a photo log.
- Window and exterior door replacement with ENERGY STAR units flashed and taped to the sheathing.
