- Subfloor inspection with replacement of any delaminated or moisture-damaged sections documented in a photo log.
- Self-leveling underlayment where the existing subfloor was out of plane beyond the flooring manufacturer tolerance.
- LVP / engineered hardwood / tile install per manufacturer specifications with proper expansion gaps.
- Transition strips at the seams to adjoining rooms with thresholds pulled tight and flush.
- Final walkthrough with the homeowner and a written warranty package for the floor covering.
