- Full wet-area tear-out down to studs with new cement board and waterproofing membrane.
- Tub-to-shower conversion with a low-threshold base, tile surround, and a frameless glass enclosure.
- Toilet, vanity, and faucet replacement with shut-offs brought to code and supply lines sized to fixture.
- New exhaust fan ducted to exterior with a humidity-sensing switch.
- Tile floor replacement with proper slope to the new drain and a flush transition at the doorway.
