Below is the contracted scope of work for the example accessibility modifications project in Lubbock, TX, completed in May 2026. The scope lines track the same accountable owner, paperwork trail, and crew quality standards as the rest of our residential rehab portfolio.

  • Ramp and landing assembly with the rise/run meeting code for the doorway(s) served.
  • Doorway widening to 36 inches clear with new jambs and reinforced blocking behind the future grab-bar locations.
  • Accessible bathing conversion — roll-in shower base, fold-down seat, and a handheld shower on a slide bar.
  • Toilet replacement with an ADA-height unit and reinforcement behind the wall for the grab-bar set.
  • Lever-handle hardware and rocker-style light switches at the modified rooms, with slip-resistant flooring pulled tight to the threshold.
